Facility Coördinator
A well-functioning work environment requires facility processes that are in order every day. Workspaces are clean, the canteen is well maintained, and facility-related questions are resolved before they impact daily operations. This level of continuity requires attention, oversight, and someone who takes responsibility for the bigger picture.
In this role, you are responsible for ensuring that the facility basics are in place. You keep track of what is happening within the building, coordinate with relevant parties, and ensure that tasks are carried out on time and with care. The role involves a combination of hands-on work, coordination, and maintaining quality standards.
You will work in a dynamic environment where colleagues rely on a clean, well-organized workplace. By creating structure and aligning processes, you contribute directly to a pleasant and efficient working environment.
What will you do?
In this role, you combine operational and coordinating tasks:
- Managing and maintaining the canteen, including stock and ordering
- Coordinating and monitoring cleaning activities
- Identifying areas for improvement and ensuring proper follow-up
- Acting as the point of contact for facility-related questions within the organization
- Ensuring a clean, well-maintained, and presentable working environment
Working hours are from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 14:00.
