At our Ruwbouw (pre-assembly) department, steel components are assembled and welded into complete trailer constructions. As a welder, you play a key role in building the foundation of our products. Based on technical drawings, you assemble parts and weld them using MIG/MAG equipment. You work with jigs and tools to ensure precision and high-quality results.

You are the go-to person for your team, ensuring planning, quality, and efficiency are on track. You also foster collaboration with other departments and actively contribute to improvements in processes and systems. In short: you make sure everything runs smoothly, from the first design to the final drawing

As a Skills Trainer, you play an important role within our structural work department. You coach and train our employees on the shop floor, ensuring that construction activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to schedule. You actively participate in daily operations and support colleagues in improving work methods and technical skills. This makes you a key link between execution, quality, and development.

At Broshuis, we design and build innovative trailers for special transport and defense. For our welding station, we are looking for a precision-focused welder who can weld girders according to strict tolerances and measurements. Your work is crucial for the next steps in the production process.
