Team Leader Welding Robot Operators
You enjoy being actively involved on the shop floor. You know what is happening within the team, keep an overview of the work, and ensure that your colleagues have everything they need to perform their jobs successfully.
In our welding robot department, components for our trailers are assembled and welded using various Panasonic (Valk Welding) welding robots, including an XXL welding robot. Because we build custom-made trailers, no two projects are the same. This requires technical insight, a keen eye for quality, and someone who can maintain oversight when schedules change or unexpected situations arise.
In this role, you combine technical expertise with leadership. You are the first point of contact for your team, support colleagues when needed, and ensure that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to plan
What will you do?
As a Team Leader Welding Robots, you ensure that work within the department runs smoothly. You distribute tasks, monitor progress, and support colleagues with questions or technical challenges. You stay close to the process and understand what is needed to keep production running efficiently. Your responsibilities include:
- Leading and supporting employees within your team;
- Assigning tasks and monitoring daily production schedules;
- Checking work orders, materials, and technical specifications;
- Setting up, adjusting, and operating Panasonic (Valk Welding) welding robots;
- Performing measurements and quality inspections;
