Logistics Coordinator
Logistics at Broshuis isn’t just about moving boxes or covering meters. It’s about maintaining control over multiple processes that are constantly in motion. In an environment where every trailer is custom‑built and no two products are the same, logistics requires oversight, coordination, and alignment.
We don’t build standard trailers. Every trailer leaving our production facility is the result of close collaboration between several departments. As a Logistics Coordinator, you ensure that materials, components, and resources are available at exactly the right moment. This makes you a crucial link in the entire production process.
You work close to the shop floor, know the people and the processes, and keep a sharp eye on where things can be improved. You step in when needed, maintain oversight, and create structure and calm. Working safely, handling materials carefully, and delivering reliably are second nature to you.

What will you do?
As a Logistics Coordinator you ensure that daily logistics operations run smoothly and efficiently. You coordinate activities within the department, work hands‑on yourself, and collaborate closely with colleagues from logistics, production, and planning & control.
Your responsibilities include:
- Coordinating logistics activities
- Receiving, storing, and issuing goods for internal and external customers
- Monitoring and improving inventory accuracy
- Accurately processing logistics administration in the ERP system and via the WHC scanner
- Continuously improving tasks and processes
- Carrying out general logistics tasks

Who are you?
You are practical, maintain oversight, and feel responsible for keeping processes running smoothly. You communicate clearly and know how to bring people along in agreements and ways of working.
You also bring:
- A completed MBO qualification, supplemented with training or courses in warehouse management or logistics
- A VCA basic diploma and a forklift/reach truck certificate (or willingness to obtain these soon)
- Knowledge of and experience with logistics processes
- Technical knowledge (a plus)
- A structured way of working and a flexible attitude
