Proces Engineer
Do you want to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and truly make an impact within a leading organization? Then this is your chance! As a Process Engineer, you are the driving force behind improvements in our processes.
You help teams work according to the principles of continuous improvement, identify opportunities, and turn them into concrete improvement projects. You never do this alone, but always together with colleagues from different departments.
You will join our Continuous Improvement team, consisting of a CI Manager and three colleagues. You start the week together, but after that, you have plenty of freedom to organize your own work. No day is the same: in the morning, you might be on the shop floor helping a team optimize their workspace, and in the afternoon, you present your improvement plan to management.
You don’t work for just one department, but for the entire organization. That makes your role versatile and challenging!
What will you do?
- Identify improvement opportunities, analyze them, and translate them into concrete proposals and projects.
- Implement, monitor, and adjust improvement projects (larger projects are documented using an A3).
- Actively participate in meetings: from brainstorming to chairing and giving improvement tips.
- Communicate and present results at all levels within Broshuis.

Who are you?
- A completed degree in Technical Business Administration or Logistics Engineering
- Energy, curiosity, and a hands-on mentality
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage others
- Analytical and practical: you turn insights into concrete improvement actions
- Experience or affinity with Lean (Six Sigma); Orange or Green Belt certification is a plus
- Good command of Dutch and English
