Product Engineer

The Engineering Department ensures that all concept ideas and customer requirements for building a trailer can be turned into reality. This is where innovation, creativity, and precision come together as we work on the development of our product.
As a Product Engineer, you will develop components for trailers in a 3D CAD system, which are used in special and exceptional transport. You will validate these based on functional and technical requirements. You will manage and document designs, decisions, and calculations in the available PLM system. You will collaborate with your colleagues on design challenges and consult with production and work preparation about the final design.

Who are you?
You are someone who enjoys working together, takes responsibility, and wants to bring out the best in others. Additionally, you have:
- A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering
- Knowledge of 3D CAD systems, PLM & ERP
- Knowledge of strength calculations; knowledge of FEA calculations is a plus
- Technical and spatial insight
- A curious, analytical mindset and initiative
- Knowledge of Dutch, English and German
