Solution Architect ERP
As an ERP Solution Architect, you are the key link between IT and the business. You define the direction of our ERP architecture and ensure that systems are not only technically sound, but also truly aligned with the way we work. From production to finance and from procurement to service: you oversee the entire landscape and bring structure to complex challenges.
You are responsible for designing the IT and ERP architecture at enterprise level. You oversee implementation and improvement projects and monitor the performance of both new and existing systems. With your vision, you play a key role in our digitalisation journey and ensure optimal integration with other enterprise systems such as CPQ and PLM.
You move effortlessly between strategy and execution. With your knowledge of the manufacturing industry, production processes and supply chain, you translate technical ERP solutions into smart, scalable and future-proof solutions for the organisation.
What will you do?
- Align current and future business needs with stakeholders across the organisation
- Analyse business processes and translate them into clear system requirements
- Develop and present design concepts, architecture diagrams and solution directions
- Lead solution design within ERP implementation and optimisation projects
- Work closely with software developers and vendors on system requirements
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of system integration
- Identify and resolve (complex) system issues
- Measure and evaluate the performance of upgraded or newly implemented systems
- Create technical and functional documentation
- Provide feedback and advice to the organisation after go-live and implementation

Who are you?
- You have a university-level working and thinking ability (WO), for example in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Technology & Operations Management, or a similar field
- You have at least 2 years of experience as a Solution Architect, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- You have experience with or affinity for Infor LN (Baan) ERP (a plus)
- You have in-depth knowledge of business systems, software integrations and network modules
- You have knowledge of computer hardware, network systems and programming languages
- You have strong conceptual skills and the ability to see the bigger picture
- You understand the complexity of IT solutions and know how to translate them into business-ready solutions
- You are analytical, decisive and a strong communicator
