Teamleader Welding
As Team Leader, you will play a key role within our production department. You ensure that all activities in the production hall and beam construction area are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to schedule. In this role, you lead a team of skilled professionals and maintain oversight of the daily operation.
You are visible on the shop floor, distribute work, and monitor progress. Through clear leadership, your team knows exactly what is expected of them and can perform at their best. When bottlenecks arise, you take timely action and work with the team to find appropriate solutions.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to contribute ideas for improvements within the department. You collaborate with various colleagues and departments, resolve issues, and help create a safe, high-quality, and future-proof production environment.
What will you do?
- Coordinate work sequences and ensure all required instructions, information, and components are available.
- Lead your team by assigning tasks, conducting daily team meetings, and supporting employee development through performance and development conversations (including follow-up actions).
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards, including conducting inspections using measuring equipment and checklists.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure materials, resources, and information are available on time so production can continue without interruption.
- Identify and resolve disruptions in work processes, planning, or material flow.
- Actively contribute to process improvements and the achievement of departmental KPIs.

What do you bring?
- You have experience as a welder or metal fabricator and are able to assess technical drawings, dimensions, and welding work.
- You can lead and guide employees, or you are demonstrably ready to take this next step in your career.
- You work accurately, are process-oriented, and closely monitor quality, productivity, and safety.
- You either hold or are willing to obtain certifications such as VCA-VOL, Practical Leadership, and First Aid/Emergency Response (BHV).
- You have a good command of the English language (spoken English is required; written English is an advantage).
- You think ahead, anticipate risks, and provide practical solutions when challenges arise.
- You are decisive, clear in your communication, and consistent in your approach.
