Thierry started his career as a welder. "I have been working at Broshuis for more than 28 years. I joined the company as a teenager and worked in several departments in production. I was always thinking about how I could do things faster or smarter, and others noticed this. That's how I continued to grow and was given more responsibilities. After 15 years, a vacancy opened up in our IT department. I knew immediately that this was something for me! One of my big hobbies is working on computers. So I took the plunge and applied for the job. I was hired, and now 14 years have passed! I now enjoy managing our IT department."
