Service Coördinator
To expand our Aftersales department, we are looking for a Service Coordinator. In this role, you will have the opportunity to further improve and professionalize the service process. You act as the link between the customer, workshop, and service network, ensuring that service and maintenance activities run smoothly.
You support customers and the service network with technical questions, think along in finding solutions for malfunctions, and ensure that repairs, overhauls, and maintenance work are properly planned and executed. In addition, you manage service projects and maintenance contracts and keep oversight of planning, quality, costs, and progress.
You also critically assess existing working methods and contribute ideas on how we can further improve our service processes. In doing so, you play an important role in building an efficient and reliable aftersales organization, enabling customers worldwide to continue relying on Broshuis quality.
What will you do?
In this versatile role, you will coordinate, organize, and optimize our service activities. You are the central point between the customer and the workshop and know exactly what is needed to ensure work orders flow smoothly through the organization. You will also have plenty of space to further professionalize our service process and take on a key role in the high-quality service we provide, especially to defense customers worldwide.
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing service projects and maintenance contracts
- Planning and coordinating repairs, overhauls, and maintenance activities
- Translating customer requests into clear work orders and assignments
- Preparing and following up on service quotations
- Monitoring planning, costs, quality, and progress
- Analyzing and improving existing processes and working methods

Who are you?
- You have MBO+ level of working and thinking
- You have an affinity with technology
- Experience with an ERP system, for example Infor LN
- Good command of Dutch, English, and German
- Strong organizational and communication skills
