Teamlead Manufacturing Engineering
Do you thrive on turning innovative designs into practical, manufacturable solutions? At Broshuis, we’re looking for a Team Lead Manufacturing Engineering to bridge the gap between engineering and production

You guide and motivate 6 to 8 Manufacturing Engineers, lead work meetings, and liaise with production, planning, and improvement teams. In addition, you analyze existing production methods, initiate improvements, and ensure all data is correctly processed in systems such as Windchill and AutoCAD.
What will you do?
- Creating detailed schedules and distributing tasks within the team.
- Coaching, instructing, and motivating 6–8 Manufacturing Engineers.
- Leading work meetings and coordinating with production, planning, and improvement.
- Analyzing existing production methods and proposing improvements.
- Developing and implementing new processes, tools, and standards.
- Translating engineering data into practical work packages and work instructions.
- Reviewing and approving production documentation and assembly sequences.
- Ensuring data integrity in systems such as Windchill and AutoCAD.
- Advising on manufacturability, tolerances, and production capabilities.
- Managing change processes and validating new designs.

At Broshuis, you can build a lifelong career. In addition to excellent employment conditions under the CAO Metalektro, we focus on you as a person. You’ll receive:

- Room for your own input and ideas
And also

Who are you?
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology, or a similar field.
- You have experience with production processes and preparing designs for manufacturing.
- You are familiar with CAD systems (preferably AutoCAD) and PDM/PLM systems such as Windchill.
- You have knowledge of welding techniques, assembly sequences, and quality procedures.
- You think in terms of processes, have an eye for detail, and are analytically strong.
- You are a coaching leader who motivates employees and fosters collaboration.
- You communicate clearly and easily switch between engineering, production, and other departments.
- You speak English fluently; basic knowledge of German is a plus.
