Team Leader Assembly
At Broshuis, final assembly is all about precision, craftsmanship and teamwork. As Team Leader Final Assembly, you are the one who ensures that our trailers are delivered down to the very last detail. You provide direction to daily operations, lead your team on content and quality, and make sure every trailer leaves our site exactly as you would expect from Broshuis: perfectly finished and technically reliable.
In this role, you keep the operation running smoothly. You monitor the planning, allocate tasks and ensure that remaining issues are resolved on time and to the highest quality standards. Thanks to your technical expertise, you act as a sparring partner for your team and coach employees in their professional development. You also ensure a safe working environment and keep administrative processes well organised.
With your knowledge and skills, you contribute daily to continuous improvement within the process, the team and the final quality of our trailers.
What will you do?
- Manage the planning, closely monitor progress and make adjustments where necessary.
- Safeguard technical quality: remaining issues are addressed on time and the final result meets Broshuis standards.
- Ensure a safe working environment, identify improvement opportunities and initiate concrete improvement actions.
- Conduct coaching, development and performance review meetings, documenting agreements clearly and accurately.
What do we offer?
At Broshuis, you don’t just work on trailers, you work on your future. In addition to strong employment conditions under the Metalektro collective labour agreement, we take good care of our people. You can expect:

Who are you?

- A completed MBO or HBO qualification, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Technical Business Administration
- Knowledge of and experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- At least 3 years of experience as a mechanic in a technical environment
